So, this is my favorite way drinking the milk tea.
Usually we will have it in hot, but I like it when I drink in cold.
Yes, in cold, but guess what, you don’t get ice into the tea though.

It is called Iced Milk Tea
The reason that you don’t add ice into the drink is because the tea will not be that strong, it loses the flavour of it or dilute the taste of the milk or the tea.
So, to put the ice outside, not only keep the drink cold but also keeping the real flavour of it.
Next entry I will let you know another way to keep the flavour to stay and you would enjoy a better cup of tea as well.

I am sure you can get this iced milk tea in China Town in Calgary.
However, it may not serve like the pictures showed (i.e. the ice placed outside the glass).
I know there is a restaurant in Calgary that may serve this iced milk tea, however, I am not from Calgary, but I can check it up for you as I only know that restaurant’s chinese name.
