Tea & Season 3 – Autumn

19 03 2008

Tea for Autumn is – “semi-fermented” tea which another name is  ”qingcha”/ Oolong tea

Qingcha is differ from green tea which is unfermented tea

There are different types of oolong tea

for example: Ti Kuan Yin, Narcissus

Oolong tea is my favorite tea

A type of tea I will drink after dinner or go for “Yum Cha” (Chinese restaurant for dim sum)

Oolong tea is in between Green and Black tea
It is called QingCha because it has the flowery and fresh taste like the green tea and the flavour of black tea
It moisturizes the skin, the throat, remove internal heat-7.gif image by hellokamkitty

That is really cool! I never knew tea could be so….. diverse. I was an avid coffee drinker and connoisseur , until I was forced to drink teas.

It’s really neat all the teas out there. Thanks for sharing! Good post!
