
Currently I am drinking Pu-er Tea everyday as this is the tea that my parents offer me daily
I also reading a book about tea….it is a very interesting book and include all the functions and things that different kinds of tea could offer. I will write more later on.
After reading about Pu-er Tea, I just realised that tea do have nutrition values
for example, Pu-er Tea contain vitamin B1, B2, C and E and β Carotene
Pu-er tea / Camellia sinensis var. assamica
- black tea
- good for preventing high blood pressure and cancer and constipation
- reduce cholesterol
- good for ladies who have their legs and hands cold all the time
- increase metabolic rate
And I do think that after drinking for awhile, it does work…
at least reducing cholesterol and break down fat….haa haa
