You are not alone 1

Tea of today: Lemon Tea (a piece of lemon added into English Breakfast; good for cold)

I am sick today, and guess what, I want to find something to make me laugh so I can forget about sickness…
The best way to cure and not feeling sick is to smile or have hugs from people…
(This probably work best for women….I guess…men just want to be alone….)

As I tried to find something on the net to make myself happy.
I came across the following video clip…
I guess many people know about the Campaign about Free Hugs right?
not only the video really make me smile but someone’s comment make me smile, it says,

“a Daily Dose of Hugs a Day

Keeps me Going on all Day” by whadaphoc

Sure that there will be someone always there for you,
but i guess the first step is whether you are open to that person…
People now are so scare to find people for help or to approach others…
because they are afraid that people who approach them may have purpose or something not good at all…
or they are afraid that they would disturb others….

I like how the Free Hugs Campaign works, it is not just one hit thing, but it keeps on spreading and people keep checking it out. So we will never forget about it and never forget to care about the people around you and be open for other people to approach you.

Tea of the day – Tea for work

English Breakfast is one of my favorite tea.

It is a must for me to have it everyday.
If I have to work on that day, I must have it; at least 3 cups of it.
It is like a tea for work; every morning, the tea cup will stand on the left corner on my desk.

This tea has become part of my life; so involved.

This tea reminds me about workaholic.
People think that I am workaholic, because I am a type of person who cannot take rest, if I have a holiday more than 2 days, I will become sick and have a temperature.

Studies from 2007 showed that 1/3 of Canadians consider themselves are workaholic.
I think the term, “Workaholic” can be vanished, if people truly love and enjoy their work and perceive work as part of life or what life is all about.

Favorite – English Breakfast tea (Medium Flavour) + little bit of milk

- blended with Kenyan and Assam Black Tea

Asssam tea is from India, second largest provider.
Kenyan tea from Kenya.

However, some English Breakfast tea would use Keemun.
