Dear readers,

You may realise the blog hasn’t been updated for a few days, well, it is not only because it is Christmas and New Year, (having a break from it), but also I am moving my blog to another address. So bear with me, I am still working on it, just a few technical stuff needs to deal with. I am hoping it will be done in the next few days.

Now I am revealing what kind of tea is it from the last entry’s picture.

It is the Organic Pomi-Berry Tea
It is a type of herbal tea from Two leaves and a bud.

It was in a tea bag and I just opened a few and look inside what’s in coz it just smell so good from the package.

Although the tea smell very sweet when I pour hot water in, but when you taste it, it isn’t that sweet at all, just about right.

The tea not only have berry flavors, it has chamomile, lavender, I think it has rose hip with the red part, and

the brown piece looks like bread crumb, it is actually the strawberry fruit.
That brown piece is very tasty

I totally recommend this herbal tea for people if you enjoy strawberry flavor tea, if you enjoy an aroma of calming or with berries and if you want to have a cup of tea after dinner.

I really enjoy this tea

Hibicus Rosehip Tea

So the answer for the last entry is Hibicus Rosehip Tea

I just bought this in a store and this tea is a no brand tea.

But I think it is a good try for new tea.

Hibicus Rosehip tea is a herbal tea, no caffeine in it.

This tea smells really good when the hot water pour into the tea pot.

I have already wrote about the good things for rosehip, so here I am going to write about hibicus.

Studies have found and said that hibicus may help to lower blood pressure and control cholesterol, help with flu, minor digest disorder.

The only thing that I don’t like this tea is because it is too sweet, not enough rosehip.

So the answer is going to be revealed here.

It is pretty obvious that it is the chamomile tea.
I noticed that the ones that you bought in packages or in pouchets are not like this, they are all grounded.

This one just taste so pure and no need to add anything in it. (no sugar or honey is needed)

All you need just add two or three of those and pour hot water, then there you go.

Chamomile Tea benefits:

- Improve digestion

- Improve visual ability

- Good for the liver

- heal headaches

- good for people who have high blood pressures

I am now in a place that rain just stopped.

It is Spring time,

not a hot day,

the ground is wet,

breeze blowing….

If you have ever been to Asia, you probably know what I mean.

I am not really in Spring time and somewhere just rained.

It is the tea that I am enjoying, creating that whole scenery.

When I first pour hot water into this tea, it doesn’t attract me,

but after a while, when I opened the lid, the scenery that I just wrote just came out.

With memory and with creation。。。

White tea is least processed tea and one of the article that I found online it says it is the healthest tea.

There are tons of studies showing how good white tea is.

。control the growth of tumor

。high content of antioxidants; more than Vitamin E and green tea

Shou Mei is the most common that Asian drink in white tea, that is one of the tea that my family in love with.

well, I know I have posted a question and a picture yesterday asking what kind of tea it is?
I am not going to reveal in this post, as I have found another tea and I just did an arrangement and taken a pic of it and did a little ‘art’ as you can see in the picture above.
